JLJ Administratie is a specialised administration and consulting firm that focuses on SME entrepreneurs seeking full-service support and recognising the importance of gaining insight into their financial results.

PROBLEM

The website was overwhelming, featuring animated elements and non-functional sections, making it less confidence-inspiring for customers who did not engaged directly with the company.

DESIGN PROCESS

The design process focused on streamlining the website by integrating selective manuals that users can open as needed, leading to a less cluttered and more user-friendly interface. The goal was to attract a more high-end clientele by giving the website a polished and professional look.

Solution

The solution focused on providing clear explanations of all services to customers and establishing trust by introducing the team members. Additionally, efforts were made to simplify price calculations for visitors and a comprehensive FAQ manual was created for easy reference.

REFLECTION

Reflecting on this project, I’ve learned the importance of guiding customers for a smooth experience and ensuring key information is easily accessible. This approach not only enhances user experience but also saves time for the business by reducing unnecessary calls.
